Information We Collect

Arrow Spark is designed with your privacy as a top priority. We believe in full transparency: we do not collect, transmit, or share any personal data from you.

Specifically, we do NOT collect:

• Your name, email address, or any registration information
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or tracking tokens
• Location data (GPS, IP address, or region inference)
• Usage analytics, crash reports sent to remote servers, or behavioral data
• Camera, microphone, contacts, or any sensitive device data
• Payment or financial information

How We Use Information

The only "information" we use is the game state data you generate while playing — such as your scores, stars, and preferences. This data is used exclusively to:

• Save your game progress between sessions
• Restore your settings (volume, haptics) when you reopen the app
• Display your achievements and coin balance in-game

None of this information is ever transmitted outside your device.

Local Data Storage

Arrow Spark stores the following data locally on your device only, using Apple's standard NSUserDefaults system:

• Level completion status and star ratings (per mode, per level)
• Virtual coin and gem balances (in-game currency only)
• Audio settings (sound effects volume, music on/off)
• Haptic feedback preference
• Daily login streak and last login date
• Achievement progress counters
• Prop inventory counts
• Tutorial completion flag

You can clear all locally stored game data at any time via Settings → Data → Reset Progress.

Third-Party SDKs

Arrow Spark does not integrate any third-party SDKs, including but not limited to:

• No analytics frameworks (e.g., Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
• No advertising networks (e.g., AdMob, Meta Audience Network)
• No crash reporting services (e.g., Sentry, Crashlytics)
• No social login providers (e.g., Facebook SDK, Google Sign-In)

The app uses only Apple's native frameworks: UIKit, CoreMotion, AVFoundation, StoreKit, and WebKit — all of which operate locally on your device.

Children's Privacy

Arrow Spark is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this app.

If a parent or guardian believes that their child under 13 has provided any information through this app, please contact us at ashleshaparekh@icloud.com and we will take prompt action to address the concern.

• No user information of any kind is collected or transmitted
• No advertising is shown to any player
• No in-app purchases are required to progress
• No external communication is initiated from the app

Permissions

Arrow Spark requests no sensitive iOS permissions. The app does not ask for access to:

• Camera or microphone
• Location services
• Contacts or address book
• Photos or media library
• Health or fitness data
• Bluetooth or NFC
• Push notifications (optional, only if you enable them)

Audio playback uses the device's ambient audio session and does not require a microphone permission.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. The updated policy will be included in app updates distributed through the App Store.

Since we collect no personal data, no retroactive changes to data handling are possible or necessary. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
